Refund policy

Please double and triple check your address before placing an order. If you place an order and notice an address issue, please email us at: support@outlawdip.com (mailto:support@outlawdip.com) immediately. In most cases this can be fixed before the order ships.

If your order has shipped with the wrong address, please contact the USPS with your tracking number to have the package forwarded to the correct location.

If a package is returned back to us because of an incorrect address, we can provide two options:

1. Refund the order less the shipping paid

2. Reship your order but we would have to charge the shipping cost again
